The Civil Project Engineer is responsible for the planning, coordination and management of studies and construction works related to new and existing industrial and office facilities of the leading companies in the energy sector. The role includes overseeing building expansions, maintenance projects, and the development and upkeep of surrounding infrastructure and networks within properties owned or leased by the company.
The responsibilities of the Civil Project Engineer:
- Plan, organize and monitor technical studies related to construction and infrastructure projects
- Coordinate external consultants, engineers and contractors during the design and permitting phases
- Manage construction, expansion and maintenance projects for industrial buildings and office facilities
- Supervise construction works to ensure compliance with technical specifications, timelines and budgets
- Monitor the condition and maintenance needs of existing buildings, surrounding areas and infrastructure networks
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, safety standards and environmental requirements
- Prepare technical reports, project schedules and progress updates for management
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding facility needs and project priorities
- Support the development and improvement of company properties and facilities
