Join our dynamic team at Domes Resorts and play a key role in supporting our Finance team to drive business growth. This multifaceted role seeks a Financial Analyst professional, being capable of analyzing financial performance, evaluate investment opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced hospitality environment.


Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

  • Analyze historical and current financial data to understand the company’s financial status
  • Prepare reports on financial performance tailored to the needs of leadership
  • Develop predictive financial models to support organizational decision making
  • Study and analyze trends and forecasts to inform recommended actions
  • Analyze processes to identify gaps that can improve profit margins
  • Create reports that enable management teams to make strategic decisions to meet business goals
  • Develop forecasting tools to automate financial data analysis

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Abilities/Key Competencies/Skills to support you in your role:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as lateral thinking
  • Great presentation skills & eloquence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Organization & prioritizing skills

Experience, certificates, and education:

  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in finance, economics or statistics
  • A good knowledge of applicable accounting and reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, Greek GAAP, Greek chart of accounts)
  • Strong finance, analytical and accounting skills
  • Very good operational and problem-solving skills, accompanied by a hands-on approach
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Greek
  • Strategic thinking and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Power BI will be considered an asset
