Porto Mykonos Hotel is seeking an experienced and professional Food
& Beverage Manager to oversee and manage all food and beverage
operations of the hotel.
The F&B Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all departments
operate in line with company guidelines, while delivering
high-quality service and exceptional guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate
must be well-organized, quality-driven, and highly guest-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management of Food & Beverage operations
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
- Maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
- Supervising and coordinating F&B staff in cooperation with the Head Chef
- Monitoring operational costs and budgets
- Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are met
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel environment
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and guest relations abilities
- Knowledge of quality control and operational standards
- Professional, well-mannered, and team-oriented personality
- Ability to work under pressure in a seasonal hotel environment
