We are looking for a Restaurant Captain at Diana Palace Hotel 4* to coordinate restaurant service, with a leadership and supportive role toward the service team.

Responsibilities:

• Staff coordination
• Ensuring smooth service operations
• Handling guest-related matters
• Cooperation with other departments

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of English
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Ability to organize and supervise service during shifts
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
