Welcome Congress & Travel Ltd., located in Athens Greece, is seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to join its team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and organizing business travel for corporate clients
- Providing personalized travel solutions with a focus on cost-effectiveness and quality service
- Booking and issuing airline tickets, hotel accommodations, car rentals, ferry tickets, and other travel services
- Understanding corporate travel policies and tailoring proposals to meet each client’s needs
- Handling changes, cancellations, and urgent situations efficiently and promptly
- Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Staying updated on the latest trends in corporate travel and utilizing new booking tools
Desired Profile:
- Degree in Tourism or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very good command of English
- Previous experience in corporate travel or a similar role in a travel agency
- Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems (GDS: Sabre and/or Amadeus, Farelogix) & hotel booking platforms
- Knowledge of ferry ticketing systems & car rental booking platforms is a plus
- Ability to multitask and meet demanding deadlines
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to travel
