Responsibilitites
For the role of Quality Assurance Manager you will be responsible for the below:
- Understanding customer needs and requirements for developing effective quality control processes
- Specifying raw material and intermediate product requirements for suppliers
- Ensuring adherence to health, safety guidelines, and legal obligations
- Supervising staff, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures
- Overseeing all product development processes, identifying and implementing corrective actions for deviations from quality standards
- Final product inspection and verification of properties against predefined specifications
- Approving conforming products and rejecting defective ones
- Maintaining accurate documentation and implementing statistical analyses
- Evaluating customer satisfaction through communication and, if necessary, compiling and using relevant questionnaires.
- Submitting detailed reports to the appropriate authorities
- Seeking opportunities for improvement and development of new effective processes
- Ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the laboratory and quality control
- Planning and coordinating the execution of Chemical and Microbiological Analyses and managing related issues.
- Maintaining quality records for receipts and shipments
- Keeping abreast of food legislation and developing product labeling elements
