About the Role:
We are looking for an ICT (structure cabling and network physical infrastructure) Project Administrator to join our team and play a key role in coordinating and monitoring ICT projects and related customer orders.
The position combines project coordination, order management, stakeholder communication, and performance monitoring, with a strong focus on material availability, delivery lead times, and timely resolution of potential delays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor ICT projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project timelines and agreed deliverables
- Manage and register project quotations and orders through SAP HANA, including network-related requests and direct customer requirements
- Monitor the progress of orders and projects, investigate potential delays, facilitate processes, and coordinate the necessary actions to ensure timely completion
- Collaborate with suppliers, stores, customers, and internal departments to ensure material availability and optimize delivery lead times
- Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) tools to monitor and analyze the commercial and operational performance of the department
- Prepare quarterly performance reports based on departmental data and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives, including bad stock management, through data analysis and the identification of operational issues and improvement opportunities
What We Are Looking For:
- University degree (ideally in Electrical Engineering / Information Systems)
- Basic knowledge of structured copper cabling systems, fiber optics and distribution networks
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and related technologies
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset
- ·Experience in ICT projects or structured cabling solutions is considered an additional asset
