Maintenance Manager for hotel in Athens

• Overseeing hotel infrastructure to ensure functionality and safety
• Structural, electrical, plumbing knowledge
• Previous experience in similar role is mandatory
• Assisting with organisation and execution of repair, installation and renovation projects
• Carry out inspection on public areas daily in case of problems arising unexpectedly.
• Work together with the Hotel Manager and Housekeeper and address daily tasks
• Engage in flexible work schedules to be able to perform well during emergencies
• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
• Ability to work under pressure situations and exercise good judgements.
• Ability to focus attention on details, speed and accuracy.

Requirements

• A Technical Education Degree in construction, electrical or plumbing fields with 4-6
• years practical experience in maintenance support.
• Good command of English language
• Computer skills
