Host / Hostess (Permanent & Seasonal staff)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate & escort guests to their seats (outdoor job).
• Handle guest complaints & inform the supervisor accordingly.
• Sell/promote.
• Work co-ordinately & professionally with co-workers & supervisors.
• Respond appropriately in any crisis or security situation.
• Comply with working regulations as required.

Requirements – Junior Level:

• Previous hosting experience (as a host/ess or in guest-facing hospitality role) is preferred.
• Positive attitude & passion for providing excellent guest service.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, good interpersonal skills.
• Ability in multitask in a fast-faced environment.
• Confident conflict resolution.
• Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset).
• Ability & confidence to sell/promote.
• Team oriented mindset.
• Availability for shift work.
