We are seeking for dedicated hospitality profesionals to support the day to day operations of the F&B department of our Hotel in the center of Thessaloniki.
Responsibilities:
- Cook, prepare and organize breakfast buffet items.
- Setting up and refiiling the breakfast buffet when needed.
- Greet guests and seat them at their table.
- Answer any question regarding the buffet items.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards ensuring that the kitchen and the restaurant are clean and tidy.
- Operate basic kitchen machinery such as warm up oven and dish washer.
- Deliver welcome amenities to the rooms.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Report to the F&B supervisor.
- Prepare and serve food, drinks and beverages.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Food safety and sanitation knowledge.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus.
- Flexibility in working morning and evening shifts.
