Food and Beverage Attendant

We are seeking for dedicated hospitality profesionals to support the day to day operations of the F&B department of our Hotel in the center of Thessaloniki.

Responsibilities:

• Finishing the presentation of the buffett items. 
• Setting up and refiiling the breakfast buffet when needed. 
• Greet guests and seat them at their table. 
• Answer any question regarding the buffet items. 
• Follow all health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards ensuring that the kitchen and the restaurant are clean and tidy. 
• Operate basic kitchen machinery such as warm up oven and dish washer.
• Deliver welcome amenities to the rooms. 
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service. 
• Report to the F&B supervisor. 
• Prepare and serve food, drinks and beverages on the evening shifts. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. 
• Food safety and sanitation knowledge.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus.
