Electronics Engineer - Technical Service Department

Micrel Medical Devices SA (www.micrelmed.com), a Medical Technology company with global commercial presence, is looking for an Electronics Engineer for the Technical Service Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance activities of high-tech electronic medical devices.
• Conduct control checks and testing.
• Provide technical support and training to Distributors’ service engineers.
• Provide technical troubleshooting support to end users of our devices.
• Update the company’s ERP system for technical issues monitoring purposes.
• Handle administrative matters of the technical service department and ad hoc supporting activities as required.

• Vocational or technical degree (IEK, ATEI, etc.) in Electronics engineering or related
• At least 2 years proven relevant experience as an electronics or technical service engineer
• Familiarity with diagnostic and measurement instruments
• In-depth electronics engineering skills are highly preferable
• Professional technical service support skills are essential
• Positive, problem-solving, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to demonstrate ownership of an issue until fully resolved
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English is a must
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite is essential
