Responsibilities:
• Create, develop, and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, studio leaders, and construction teams to ensure accurate representation of design intent
• Establish, apply, and monitor BIM standards, templates, and best practices
• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines and support clash detection and issue resolution during design and construction phases
• Audit BIM models for quality, consistency, and compliance with internal and project standards
• Generate and manage digital data, drawings, schedules, and reports derived from BIM models
• Provide training, guidance, and technical support to BIM users and project stakeholders
• Support the development and implementation of the organization’s BIM strategy
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and procedures related to Construction Permits issuance
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in design and construction projects
• Excellent knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong familiarity with BIM workflows, standards, and coordination processes
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
