Diamond Collection Hotels, a modern and luxurious hotel complex on the beautiful island of Kos, is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented professionals to join our restaurant and service team for the upcoming summer season 2026.
🍽️ Main Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to guests according to hotel standards
- Excellent knowledge of à la carte service and food presentation
- Cooperate effectively with restaurant and other hotel departments
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver service with a smile
⭐ Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar position within 4★ or 5★ hotels
- Excellent command of the English language (mandatory)
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an asset
- Team spirit, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Strong commitment to quality, guest satisfaction, and service excellence
