Kids Club Supervisor
The Role:
The role of the Kids Club Supervisor at Domes Resorts is critical for fostering a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children. The ideal candidate oversees programs and activities designed for children in recreational or educational settings. By blending leadership, creativity, and organizational skills, the supervisor plays a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of our younger guests and supporting their development, all while managing a dedicated team and engaging with Domes Resorts’ guests.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate programs and activities. This includes planning educational, recreational, and social activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development
- Oversees the daily activities of the children, ensuring they are engaged and safe. This includes monitoring interactions, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance as needed
- Recruits, trains, and supervises the Kids Club’s staff and trainees, while ensuring that team members are qualified, motivated, and adhere to safety and educational standards
- Be aligned with the local labor laws by sending accurately and promptly the working schedules of the Kids Club team to the HR department
- Ensuring a safe environment for children is paramount by developing and enforcing safety policies, conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements
- Providing information to parents about the Kids Club schedule, hours of operation, opportunities for extra services (i.e. babysitting, field trips, etc.) as well as communicating Kids Club safety protocols
