Omya is looking for a proactive and well‑organized Maintenance Manager to lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure smooth and reliable operation of all machinery and equipment. If you have experience in industrial environments and enjoy a role with responsibility, coordination, and daily interaction with production teams, this could be your next step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive maintenance and operational oversight of machinery
- Organizing, monitoring, and continuously improving the preventive maintenance program
- Maintenance spare parts and consumables monitoring
- Preparing and following up on procurement requests for maintenance materials
- Using SAP for maintenance planning and tracking
- Follow all the proper procedures for preventive and corrective maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with all Health, Safety, and Quality standards
- Compliance with management process, of our company, for waste and recyclables.
- Daily reporting of events/incidents /observations during the shift. Continuous Communication with the Production Manager , SUS Manager and Plant Manager
- Daily meetings with control room shift operators in case of troubles in the production
- Maintaining housekeeping standards in the maintenance workshop
- Providing support to the production team
Qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineering degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good command of English
- Solid PC skills (SAP experience is an advantage)
