SPA MANAGER

Columbia Beach Resort is seeking an experienced, commercially minded and guest-focused Spa Manager to lead our luxury Spa operations, ensuring exceptional wellness experiences, operational excellence and sustainable business performance.
Main Responsibilities
- Overseeing the daily operations of the Spa, wellness and fitness facilities
- Leading, motivating and developing the Spa Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensuring consistently high standards of treatments, service quality, cleanliness and presentation
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase Spa revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction
- Managing departmental budgets, operating expenses, inventory and financial performance
- Monitoring key performance indicators, including treatment revenue, therapist productivity, retail sales and guest satisfaction
- Developing treatment menus, wellness packages, promotions and retail sales initiatives
- Managing staff scheduling, recruitment, training and performance evaluations
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene, health & safety, treatment protocols and Resort policies
- Monitoring guest feedback and resolving complaints professionally
- Coordinating with Front Office, Reservations, Sales and other departments to promote Spa services
- Maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and wellness partners
- Supporting annual business planning, forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Spa Management or a similar leadership position, preferably within a 5★ hotel or luxury wellness environment
- Diploma or Degree in Spa Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong understanding of Spa operations, wellness services and luxury guest expectations
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent commercial awareness, budgeting and revenue management abilities
- Experience in retail sales, treatment promotions and guest retention initiatives
- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Good computer literacy and familiarity with Spa management systems
- Excellent command of English; Greek and additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Professional appearance, discretion and commitment to service excellence
