Titania Hotel Athens, one of the city’s landmark hotels in the heart of Athens, is seeking a Food & Beverage Controller, responsible for monitoring and analyzing food and beverage costs, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring the proper implementation of cost control procedures across the hotel outlets. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting profitability, and ensuring the accuracy of financial and inventory processes within the F&B department.

​​Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze food & beverage costs to support accurate budgeting and cost control
• Conduct regular inventory audits across warehouses, kitchens, bars, and outlets
• Verify supplier deliveries, including pricing, quantities, and compliance with purchase orders
• Oversee requisitions and stock movements, ensuring proper stock control and FIFO practices
• Review POS sales data, tracking voids, discounts, and complimentary items while reconciling POS, PMS, and accounting records
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost control reports and collaborate with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager to optimize operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 2–4 years of experience in Cost Control or F&B Control within a hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of POS and PMS systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Good command of the English language
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities
