We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the company. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Executive with professionalism at all times.
- Perform general administrative tasks (such as answer phone calls, handle travel arrangements, arranging post and deliveries, support marketing activities, etc.).
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Manage personal expenses, invoices, and basic budget tracking.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, memos) in a timely and professional manner.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating priorities.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
- Manage office supplies and orders when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Organizing internal and external events.
- Timesheets review and report preparation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive PA, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administra-tive Assistant (at least 3-4 years)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
