ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a leading services provider company, is seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager.

HR Manager (6182/HRM/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, ensuring proper implementation of processes and compliance with labor laws.

• Represent the company in dealings with authorities, inspections, and internal HR audits.

• Foster a positive work environment through employee relations, conflict resolution, and promotion of company values.

• Drive effective internal communications to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.

• Plan and coordinate corporate events, team-building activities, and initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and company culture.

• Act as a strategic business partner to the management team to align HR strategies with business objectives.

• Lead performance management, training, and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational objectives.

• Develop and implement HR policies, monitor key HR metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, and contribute to health, safety, and ESG initiatives.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

• University degree required, with a master’s degree in HRM preferred. 

• 10+ years of experience in established HR departments. 

• Hands-on experience across all HR areas, including HR operations, employee relations, internal communications, and performance management. 

• Proven experience as a business partner to senior management, influencing organizational strategy. 

• Comprehensive knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Greek and English. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

• High level of integrity and ethical judgment.
