Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffees, fresh beverages, cocktails, wines and spirits according to company standards.
- Ensure excellent guest service by creating a warm, professional and engaging atmosphere at the bar and pool area.
- Take beverage and food orders accurately, recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate.
- Actively participate in restaurant and pool service, supporting the service team by delivering drinks and food, clearing tables and assisting guests during service hours.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized and fully stocked at all times.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control and report shortages or ordering needs.
- Follow all hygiene, health and safety regulations.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently, always aiming for guest satisfaction.
- Contribute ideas for signature cocktails, seasonal beverages and service improvement.
