A growing jewelry brand is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and proactive professional to join its team and support the operational flow of the company.
The role focuses on inventory management, supplies coordination and day-to-day operations related to product availability, stock control and internal organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring stock levels, materials and product availability
- Coordinating orders, supplies and production flow
- Managing operational and back-office processes
- Organizing files, reports and internal presentations
- Supporting the daily operation of the showroom and team
- Assisting customers when needed, including international clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to different daily tasks
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude, consistency and team spirit
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations, merchandising, stock management or retail
- Background in fashion, jewelry or design-related brands will be appreciated
- Familiarity with presentations (PowerPoint, Canva etc.) will be considered a plus
