We are seeking a dynamic and hardworking Working Kitchen Manager to join our team. This is a "hands-on" position where you will lead the kitchen by example, spending a significant portion of your time on the line cooking, while also overseeing daily operations and staff
Active Cooking: Lead the line during service, ensuring every dish meets our quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Kitchen Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff.
Inventory & Ordering: Manage stock levels, place orders with suppliers, and ensure first-in-first-out (FIFO) rotation.
Experience: 3+ years of professional cooking experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Hardworking Attitude: You must be willing to "get your hands dirty" and work alongside your team during peak hours.
Skills: Exceptional speed, organizational skills, and the ability to stay calm under intense pressure.
