We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of 9:00 -17:00, on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive booking requests from purchases department and submit respective bookings to the indicated shipping line as per the customers' requirements
- Contact & sort out with shipping lines any issues occurring in transportation
- Provide forecasts, planning and any other information necessary to the shipping lines we cooperate
- Update internal database regarding charges and information related to bookings
- Check invoices, discrepancies and contact shipping lines to resolve any disputed cases
- Cooperate with colleagues in order to ensure an excellent customer service
