As a 360 Recruitment consultant, you will be involved with:

  • Business Development: Prospect and secure new clients, building a strong portfolio across various sectors.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate lasting partnerships by understanding client needs and delivering tailored HR solutions.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to placement.
  • Market Insight Provider: Stay ahead of industry trends and provide strategic advice to clients and candidates.
  • HR Advisor: Guide clients and candidates on employment law and best practices.
  • Job Promotion: Creating engaging, target group-oriented job ads to attract top talent.
  • Talent Development: Offering career advice, guiding candidates through job interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding for those hired, and attending events such as university career fairs.
  • Market Analysis: Staying updated on industry trends and the local labor market to provide strategic insights to both clients and candidates.
  • HR Advisory and Management: Advising both clients and talents on personnel matters, including employment law, collective labor agreements, and privacy legislation (GDPR).
  • Candidate Database Management: Maintaining an up-to-date candidate database.
  • Administrative Efficiency: Ensuring all administrative processes are efficiently managed using digital tools.
  • Compliance: Complying with business policies and operational processes.

What You Bring:

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients and candidates.
  • Business Savvy: A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for business development.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Thriving in a fast-paced environment and navigating challenges with ease.
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Greek; proficiency in English.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
