Senior Accountant (Marousi)

Job Description

• Manage accounting operations.
• Support month-end and year-end close process.
• Ensures compliance with US GAAP and IFRS principles.
• Prepares financial statements, journal entries and account reconciliations. 
• Ensures compliance with tax regulations and tax forms (VAT, WHT, Income Tax).
• Experience on My Data.
• Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances. 
• Maintains and reconciles fixed assets schedules.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors’ degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in accounting roles.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
• In-depth understanding of IFRS and local Tax.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
