The Opportunity

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to expand our team with a Sales Representative based in Athens for our existing Plastic Surgery & Burn Care Department.

The role combines sales development with clinical and product support and is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, field-based environment, building strong relationships with plastic surgeons, burn care specialists, healthcare professionals, and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and further develop strong professional relationships with plastic surgeons, burn care specialists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Present, promote, and support premium medical products and solutions within the Plastic Surgery and Burn Care divisions.
  • Provide product information, clinical support, and on-site assistance to healthcare professionals.
  • Manage and support existing accounts while actively identifying new business opportunities.
  • Participate in scientific meetings, training programs, workshops, and industry events.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to achieve sales targets and support business growth.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • University degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field will be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in medical sales or healthcare-related commercial roles will be highly appreciated but is not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong motivation to learn, grow, and build a successful career in the medical sales industry.
  • Well-organized, proactive, professional, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license.
