We are seeking a results-driven
Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and directly contribute to revenue
generation.
This role requires an individual who thrives on closing deals,
consistently meets sales targets, and delivers a world-class client experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Promote and sell Rockland’s real estate projects
to both local and international clients
- Take full ownership of the sales pipeline, from
lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales
targets
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and
client meetings to convert leads
- Negotiate terms and close deals confidently and
professionally
- Maintain a pipeline of active prospects
- Provide
timely feedback on market trends and customer needs
- Monitor
sales performance and report insights to management
- Coordinate
with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
