Περιγραφή

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and directly contribute to revenue generation.

This role requires an individual who thrives on closing deals, consistently meets sales targets, and delivers a world-class client experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Promote and sell Rockland’s real estate projects to both local and international clients
  • Take full ownership of the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to convert leads
  • Negotiate terms and close deals confidently and professionally
  • Maintain a pipeline of active prospects 
  • Provide timely feedback on market trends and customer needs
  • Monitor sales performance and report insights to management
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales and development in Greece
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or surpass sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Fluency in English is must other known languages will be an advantage
  • Based in or willing to work in Glyfada, Greece
