Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • University and/or Master’s Degree
  • Experience in achieving and exceeding demanding sales targets
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales-driven role ideally within a service provider (HR services, training, consultancy, or digital)
  • A sharp understanding of market dynamics
  • An energetic, adaptable, and tenacious personality who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Expert-level skills to close deals that create value for both the client and Randstad
