HoReCa Manager – FMCG Sector

behalf of its client, a leading company in its sector, is looking for a
talented and dynamic professional for the position of HoReCa Manager.
📌 Location: Athens
🖋️You will be
reporting to: Activation Deployment Executive, E&E GMCI
Your work will include:
This role focuses on developing and
managing sales channels in the HoReCa sector. It combines fieldwork with
cross-functional collaboration, offering opportunities to develop skills in a
fast-paced and dynamic environment.
More specifically, you will:
- Identify and manage HoReCa outlets, events,
and high-traffic locations to support B2C activities, including contract
management.
- Negotiate deals with stakeholders, build
relationships, and develop strategies to maximize business opportunities and
ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and
KPIs.
- Plan and implement area branding and
activation activities in collaboration with BTL agencies, ensuring compliance
with brand standards.
- Explore and manage alternative sales channels,
supporting the process from wholesalers to outlets, monitoring performance, and
implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in managing BTL agency personnel and
track day-to-day sales performance.
- Implement Mystery Shopper programs and
evaluate performance.
What we are looking for:
- Sales experience with a proven track
record in deal-making and business development.
- An established network of outlets
will be considered as a plus.
- A natural ‘hunter’ with hunger to
build and create a portfolio from the ground up.
- Proactive cooperation, initiative,
result focus
- Dynamism, innovative, strong passion,
and good communication skills
- PC literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
- Respect brand guidelines and be
creative
- Fluency in Greek & English
(written & oral)
