For the role of Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing telephone communication with customers and partners to provide immediate and effective service.
• Handling daily communication across multiple channels including phone, email, and internal requests.
• Entering and monitoring orders accurately within the SAP ERP system.
• Managing customer requests and inquiries through the claims management platform.
• Utilizing corporate tools such as Outlook and reporting software to organize and track tasks.
• Providing administrative and commercial support to the broader Sales Operations team.

For the role of Sales Operations Specialist, you will need:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 2-3 years in sales support, commercial back-office, or customer service roles, preferably within a multinational or industrial environment.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
• Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Proficiency in MS Office and communication tools like Outlook
• Experience in telephone customer service or sales support
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
