As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate a team of stewards to ensure the consistent cleanliness and organization of all kitchen and service areas. Your role is essential in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation, supporting efficient back-of-house operations, and enabling the culinary team to deliver outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily stewarding operations, ensuring all kitchen and service areas are clean, organized, and fully functional.
- Train, guide, and support stewarding staff in proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
- Manage inventory of kitchen equipment, dishware, and cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all stewarding activities.
- Assist with scheduling and supervising stewarding personnel to ensure appropriate staffing levels, particularly during high-volume periods.
- Work collaboratively with culinary and service teams to support efficient meal service and smooth kitchen operations.
- Promptly address and resolve any stewarding-related issues, maintaining a high standard of service and operational efficiency.
