Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document end-to-end business processes across sales, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Gather and translate business requirements into clear specifications for IT system enhancements and integrations.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of ERP and WMS systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Produce detailed reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Liaise between commercial, logistics, and IT teams to ensure alignment on system changes and new initiatives.
- Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to end users.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects across the organisation.
