alma beach opens in May and is a luxury, tranquil beach club, combining exceptional food quality, high-end service and an elegant natural setting. Our philosophy is centered around comfort, discretion and premium guest experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising floor service during daily operations
- Ensuring alma beach service standards are consistently applied across all sections
- Acting as a key point of contact for guests, handling requests and feedback with discretion
- Supporting, guiding and motivating waiters and assistant waiters
- Managing table assignments, guest flow and service timing.
- Coordinating closely with the kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization and presentation in all service areas
