Reservations Agent & Hostess
The Role:
As a Reservations Agent & Hostess at MAKRIS Athens, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling reservations via telephone and email with efficiency, professionalism, and a focus on delivering exceptional service. You will be responsible for coordinating bookings, managing event requests, and ensuring a seamless communication process between the guests and our operational team. You will also play a key role in maximizing our restaurant's revenue by carefully handling inquiries and guiding guests to the best available options.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Handle all reservation-related inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Manage reservation schedules and optimize table assignments to maximize seating capacity and revenue.
- Process event requests efficiently and direct them to the appropriate operational team, ensuring no potential revenue is lost.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry for reservations and event inquiries.
- Provide a personalized experience to guests, responding to special requests or specific dining needs.
- Be a positive and professional representative of MAKRIS Athens and Domes Resorts at all times.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to reservations and event coordination as needed.
