Assistant Hotel Manager - Vasia Boulevard Hotel

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Hotel Manager to support the overall operations at Vasia Boulevard. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for guest service excellence, and proven experience in hotel operations within a high-quality environment.

Responsibilities

Support and oversee daily hotel operations across all departments.

Ensure high standards of guest service and handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.

Assist in leading, training, and motivating team members to achieve service excellence and operational goals.

Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor room availability, occupancy, and overall guest experience.

Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Proven experience as Assistant Hotel Manager, Duty Manager, or similar leadership position.

Excellent command of English (additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage).

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong knowledge of hotel operations and PMS systems.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.

Hospitality or Tourism Management qualification is preferred.
