Lesante Blu is inspires by the lands of Zakynthos in its own right and invites guests to become immersed in the lush nature,
inspiring traditions and authentic lifestyle of the finest Ionian Island.
Best candidate’s profile:
- 2 years minimum experience as a head waiter/waitress
- Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge of other is a plus
- Experience working at F&B department
- Knowledge of wine and spirits
- Ability to adjust to the culture and the functional profile of the hotel
- Pleasant personality with strong organizational communicational and leadership skills
Key responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer services and respond to all the requests or complaints
- present the menu to the guests , take food and drink orders, checks and payments
- assist the captain in the efficient operation of the restaurant
- Attention to detail
- responsible for keep the tables clean
- communicate with all the kitchen and serving staff
- follow the hygiene and safety rules
