As a Chef de Partie at alma Beach, you will be responsible for managing your assigned kitchen section, ensuring consistency, precision and high-quality execution at all times. Working within a state-of-the-art kitchen environment and under the guidance of the Head Chef and Executive Chef, you will contribute to delivering a refined and elevated culinary experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing your assigned section during preparation and service
- Ensuring consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes leaving your station
- Maintaining proper mise en place levels for smooth and efficient service
- Following recipes and kitchen standards with precision
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Ensuring cleanliness, organization and hygiene of your station
- Proper storage and handling of food products in line with food safety regulations
- Collaborating effectively with the rest of the kitchen team
