Bellman / Driver
Position Overview:
The Bellman/Driver provides exceptional service to guests by assisting with luggage, transportation, and guest inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage.
- Open doors and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Handle luggage with care and deliver it to guest rooms.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Provide transportation services as required, ensuring guest comfort and safety.
- Drive guests to and from local attractions or airports.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic regulations.
- Offer information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Provide guests with maps and brochures about the area.
- Recommend restaurants and points of interest based on guest preferences.
- Answer questions about hotel amenities and services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby and transportation vehicles.
- Regularly clean and sanitize the lobby area.
- Ensure all transportation vehicles are well-maintained and presentable.
- Organize luggage and guest belongings efficiently.
- Assist with any other guest services as needed.
- Help guests with special requests, such as arranging tours.
- Coordinate with the front desk for any guest needs.
- Provide assistance during events or conferences held at the hotel.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and perform physically demanding tasks.
