Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a designated kitchen section with full responsibility for quality and consistency
- Prepare and present dishes according to Executive Chef standards
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the assigned section during service
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, organization and cleanliness
- Support and guide junior kitchen team members
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health and safety regulations
