Bartender
Position description:
- Organize and prepare the mise en place at all bar sections, in a timely manner and according to the standards.
- Check daily the stock retail products and refill stations according to operational needs
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous manner
- Engage with guests, take drink orders, recommend specials or share additional information to guests upon request
- Serve with accuracy, while demonstrating upselling techniques
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages/ spirits/cocktails according to standard recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions/room charges accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate snacks and beverage orders
- Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure guest safety at all times
- Provide excellent customer service:
- Cooperates with all serving staff
- Follow all relevant health and safety regulations as well as all customer service guidelines
