ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of its client, a leading manufacturer & distributor globally in its domain, is looking for a Plant General Director (multiple plants) based in Northern Greece.
Plant General Director (Ref. code: 4523/GPM/ESS/GR)
The executive will supervise Groups Plant Directors. The role focuses on supervising and making improvements in functional areas including: Production, Maintenance and Supply Chain.
Core responsibilities include:- Leadership responsibility for the plants in the areas of manufacturing, logistics, warehouse management, inventory control and on-time customer delivery/customer service.
- Management of the Operations and Supply Chain leadership teams to develop and execute successful manufacturing strategies.
- Full P&L responsibility for plants
- Overseeing manufacturing activities to ensure maximum effectiveness and production quality within specified time and budgetary guidelines.
- Implementing strategies and actions to increase efficiency and on-time delivery, improve quality and achieve cost reduction
- Directing a maintenance program to ensure production readiness of plant machinery and equipment.
- Drive KPI's for safety, cost, quality, and productivity
- Working closely with the R&D and Sales/Marketing teams to coordinate the production processes for the introduction of new products.
