📌 Location: Athens, Greece
📍 Working Model: Hybrid (on-site during training)
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 19:00 (1 hour daily break included)
📄 Contract: Permanent, Full-time
What you will do:
Provide high-quality support to patients using advanced diabetes management technologies, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing assistance.
More specifically:
- Deliver reliable customer support to Diabetes patients in Greece and Italy
- Provide technical and administrative support related to company products
- Guide patients through onboarding via inbound and outbound communication
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues following internal processes and quality standards
- Build strong relationships with patients and support them throughout their therapy journey
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction
- Accurately document all interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication
