Cove Paros 5* is seeking a Restaurant Manager for the upcoming season.
The ideal candidate excels in high-end service, team leadership, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations with consistent 5-star service.
- Lead, train and supervise team members.
- Oversee reservations, guest flow and service coordination.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef & F&B team.
- Monitor budgeting, cost control and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Experience in luxury hotels or fine dining.
- Strong leadership & communication skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
