Client Service Associate (Based in Piraeus)
Job Description:
• Conduct in-depth reviews of client project briefs to identify knowledge gaps and provide valuable insights by carrying out high-level research across diverse industries and companies.
• Take an active role in sourcing, approaching, and engaging experts through phone calls, LinkedIn, and email communication, ensuring a professional and effective interaction.
• Assess and validate the suitability of experts based on client needs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality knowledge and advice.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients by understanding their requirements, aligning them with the most relevant expertise, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate projects efficiently and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to the company’s knowledge base and continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in client service practices.
