AMORGINA is a newly opening 4-star premium boutique hotel in Amorgos, dedicated to offering curated, authentic Greek hospitality experiences rooted in the spirit and traditions of the island. We are building a small, carefully selected team who share our vision — to make every guest feel something real.
The Role
- Cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing all kitchen equipment, utensils, and crockery to the highest standards
- Supporting the kitchen team with mise en place and back-of-house operations
- Maintaining cleanliness of all back-of-house areas, storage rooms, and waste disposal zones
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen environment preferred
- Physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues across departments when needed
