F & B Supervisor

Dart Recruitment is seeking to recruit a driven and detail-oriented F&B Supervisor to join a luxury hotel environment in Ayia Napa, Cyprus, where operational excellence, refined service and guest satisfaction are at the core of the hospitality experience.

This position offers the opportunity to take the next step in a structured, high-end hospitality operation, working closely with management to uphold service standards and inspire frontline teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Food and Beverage operations across outlets
• Ensure consistent service quality and adherence to hotel standards
• Support, guide and motivate F&B teams during service
• Monitor service flow, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health, safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist in staff training and on-the-job development
• Handle guest feedback professionally and support service improvements

Requirements

• Previous experience as F&B Supervisor or in a senior F&B role
• Strong understanding of service standards and F&B operations
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a luxury hotel environment
• Guest-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
