Υour Profile:

We are looking for individuals who embody the following traits and qualifications:

Passionate About the Sea: A genuine love for the ocean and cruising.

Mandatory Boating License: A valid boating license (for Motor Yachts and/or Sailing Yachts) compliant with Greek laws.

Team-Oriented: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Adaptable Multitasker: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously with ease.

Welcoming Personality: Maintain a friendly, approachable demeanour and a constant smile.

Professional Appearance: Presentable, clean, and tidy at all times.

Drive for Excellence: A desire to be the captain of the World's Leading Private Cruise.

Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages (especially German or Russian) are a strong advantage.

Relevant Experience: Prior experience in yachting or marina services is preferred but not essential.

Driving License: A valid driver’s license is a plus.

Local Expertise: Familiarity with local waters is a significant advantage.

Work Eligibility: EU citizens or non-EU citizens with a full-time work permit are welcome to apply.

Seasonal Availability: Must be available to work from April to November.
