A new premium perfume retail store opening in the center of Thessaloniki is looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the successful launch and daily operation of the business.
The ideal candidate will have strong retail management experience, leadership skills, and a passion for customer service and luxury products.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise the opening of the new store
- Recruit, train, and manage store personnel
- Ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Handle daily store operations and reporting
- Create and maintain a professional and positive work environment
- Achieve sales targets and business goals
- Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail management (perfume, cosmetics, fashion, or luxury retail will be considered an advantage)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
- Good knowledge of English
- Computer literacy
