Human Resources Generalist

lmw is currently seeking a highly committed individual to fulfill the position of Human Resources Generalist.

 

Responsibilities

• Involve actively in recruiting process, from creating targeted job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various sources, conducting interviews, maintaining all data in the database to developing a pool of qualified candidates

• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

• Involve in implementing programs for succession planning, training and development of the employees 

• Contribute to the implementation of new HR processes

• Participate in meetings to resolve employee conflicts

• Establish and maintain effective contact with Senior Management

 

Key Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Psychology

• MSc in Human Resources Management is preferred

• Proficiency in English

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, CRM)

• Extensive use of social media
