ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the trade and import of furniture equipment, is growing and expanding its operations. As part of this continuous development, the company is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join its team and play a pivotal role in driving its strategic expansion plan.

Business Development Executive (6032/BDE/ESS/GR)

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the establishment of new B2B partnerships, increasing sales, and fostering long-term commercial relationships with key stakeholders in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop relationships with potential B2B clients, including architects, designers, construction firms, consultants, and hotel chains
  • Conduct market research and analysis across residential, commercial, institutional, and hospitality sectors
  • Present the company’s products and tailored solutions to prospective clients
  • Plan and execute business trips, meetings, and presentations
  • Manage the order process and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, proposing innovative ideas and materials
  • Contribute to strategic business planning and entry into new markets
  • Prepare and deliver commercial offers, quotations, and reports
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile:

  • University degree 
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications, construction materials, or related solutions (industrial, construction, or technical projects)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with an analytical and results-driven mindset
  • Team player with willingness to travel for business purposes

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP systems (Softone preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Understanding of Project Management principles
